Pain clinic contact ยท Troy, IL
Call, text or book online. The river is the only thing between you and the appointment.
(618) 797-3300
An Illinois number for both addresses: the Illinois office at 505 Buckeye Dr, Suite 200, Troy, and the procedure clinic at 4499 Woodson Rd in St. Louis, one bridge from the Metro East. Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Text (314) 886-5902 if you would rather not talk, or book online and skip both.

Three ways in
- Call (618) 797-3300. A person answers during office hours. Say where you are driving from and what you have already had done; if what you describe is not something this practice should be treating, you will hear that on the phone rather than after a forty-minute drive.
- Text (314) 886-5902. Appointment requests, running-late messages from the bridge, and questions about what to bring. Do not text a medical emergency; see below.
- Schedule Now. Pick the slot, and we will call to confirm and to start verifying your benefits before you come.
Send a message
Name, email, phone and what is going on. A member of the team replies during office hours. Please do not put your full medical history in the box; that belongs in the room, where it will be heard properly.
Where we are
Illinois office: 505 Buckeye Dr, Suite 200, Troy, IL 62294, off Route 162 near the I-55/70 interchange. Ask when you call whether your visit is scheduled in Troy or at the procedure clinic below.
Procedure clinic: 4499 Woodson Rd, St. Louis, MO 63134. Take the Woodson Rd exit off I-70; the building sits beside St. Louis Lambert International Airport and parking is at the door. From Madison County, I-270 west across the Chain of Rocks and then I-170 or Lindbergh down to I-70. From St. Clair County, I-64 west across the Poplar Street Bridge to I-170 north. From Monroe County, I-255 north over the Jefferson Barracks Bridge to I-270 and around to I-70. Free-flow drive times from every Metro East town, with no traffic on the bridge, are listed on the Illinois hub; Granite City is about 25 minutes, Edwardsville and Belleville about 40.
Before you call, if you are coming from Illinois
Have your insurance card and the name of the imaging center that holds your MRI or CT. Benefits are verified for every plan before the first visit, and a prior authorization, where one is obtained, is not a promise of payment; you will be told what the plan said. Records can be sent ahead so the first hour is spent on you and not on a fax machine. The step-by-step is in for Illinois patients, and the shape of the first hour is in what to expect.
If this is an emergency
New trouble controlling your bladder or bowel, numbness between your legs, weakness that is spreading, fever with spine pain, or the worst headache of your life are not appointment requests. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department on your side of the river, then let us know afterward. The full list, and why each item is on it, is at when it is an emergency.
Attorneys and referring physicians
Use the same number and say who you are. Records requests need a signed release from the patient; the process and the turnaround are described for attorneys and for referring physicians.
You will get a person, and a straight answer about whether we can help
Illinois patients are most of this practice. Say which town you are calling from and the visit will be built around the drive.
